Child Support

Child Custody

When considering child custody and visitation, the courts will look at what is in the best interests of the child. Attorney Clark will work for you to ensure that you are able to see your child as much as possible. He will assist in a fair split between both parents so as to keep visitation as even as possible.

Marital Property Division

Marital property will typically be divided equitably, but not always equally. Some factors that will be considered in property division would be length of marriage, age and health of the parties, and contribution to the home, just to name a few. Attorney Clark will look at the marital property and work to make a fair and equitable division of that property, trying to keep the division as even as possible.
